TOR Systems Ltd, the UK’s premier provider of Booking, Ticketing and Admissions Solutions, now in its 27th year of operations, has been chosen to provide its “MaximWeb” ticket sales module to the Imperial War Museum.
Daniel Jordan, Managing Director of the Stoke on Trent based company, announced; “The Imperial War Museum is the first of our clients to install and utilize MaximWeb. This module is a fully integrated, real-time web based sales channel and extends the tried and trusted Maxim Solution into the sphere of web ticketing for the first time.”
Mr. Jordan added; “Clients have a variety of options available in operating MaximWeb from fully hosted, with TOR providing all the fulfillment requirements, to 100% in-house operation. Thus meeting the needs of the entire spectrum of our client base.”
The Imperial War Museum operates out of five museum locations across the UK. It was essential for them to be able to manage both their online and on-site booking and ticketing provision as a single entity.
Says Geraldine Philpott, Head of Financial Controls at the Imperial War Museum: “The MaximWeb system has helped our business grow by ensuring advance ticket sales and forward revenue at a very cost-effective price. The system is fully integrated with our on-site ticketing system, meaning no double entry and no over or under-booking.”
Existing and prospective clients interested in the MaximWeb concept may visit TOR Systems website for further information, or contact the company’s offices, on 01782 644755, to discuss the potential for this exciting new opportunity.
